The Pro-Shore™ Shoring System consists of Lightweight easy to use Universal Drophead Post Shores, Lightweight Aluminum Ledgers (AKA "Mains"), and LVL (Laminated wood joists--AKA "Secondary"). The Pro-Shore™ Shoring system was designed in conjunction with Top California Concrete Contractors to significantly improve labor productivity, reduce material costs, and provide versatility not found in any other Single Post Shoring system.
The Pro-Deck™ Shoring System uses the same Lightweight easy to use Universal Drophead Post Shores and Lightweight Aluminum Ledgers (AKA "Mains"), but in lieu of LVL secondary" Joists, Pro-Deck™ utilizes 6' x 8' or 6'x6' Bays formed with Lightweight Aluminum. These Pro-Deck™ Panels span the 6-foot or 8-foot dimension between Lightweight Aluminum Ledgers. - Each 6' x 8' Bay requires 2ea 3' x 6' panels and 1ea 2' x 6' panel. - Each 6' x 6' Bay requires 2ea 3' x 6' panels only. The Pro-Deck™ Panels are made from lightweight/high-strength 6061-T6 Aluminum Extrusions welded together by Certified Welders and strict WPS and WPQR. The 3'x6' panel weighs only 48lbs and the 2'x6' Panel weighs only 27lbs and both ship in easy to load/unload/stack special Panel Carts that utilize High Capacity Caster for ease of movement on the jobsite. The Pro-Deck™ Panels are comprised of high-grade 400 gram phenolic resin coated Birch Plywood or Alkus (Premium) for a smooth concrete surface and easy form release.
PRO-SPAN Spanall system is the newest and most advanced versions of one of the most widely recognized and used Concrete Form Support Systems in the past 30 years. Strong enough to supports some of the Industry’s heaviest loads, yet light enough at 115lbs for easy handling. Designed to support spans between 9’-6” to 17’-4”, it is perfect for easy erection and dismantle for jobs to be used alone or with Vertical Shores for long spans continuously thereby reducing shoring costs. PRO-SPAN Spanall system now comes with fully Hot Dip Galvanized Finish with Electro Plated smaller moving parts to ensure decades of ease and use and less chances for Rust build up or unnecessary indoor storage. The Spanall assemblies are easily packaged into Storage Frame Carts that use Fixed and Swivel Casters for ease of mobility getting them, around on the jobsites. PRO-SPAN Spanall system utilizes Wedge Locks that can be easily engaged or disengage with a single hammer-blow saving time on Labor. Due to the built in/rolled in Camber you save time on labor not having to make costly adjustments onsite. The Camber is automatically set upon the closing of the Wedge Lock once Spanall is set to predetermined length necessary for your project. PRO-SPAN Spanall system has strong interfitting Bearing Prongs on either side of the Spanall Assy to allow resting the shores directly on supports or vertical shores. The Lattice Sections have a solid bottom chord that allows for the Sliding Plate to easily and SAFELY adjust inside the Lattice as needed while keeping the Plate from falling out through Lattice.
PRO-NET Self-Climbing Safety Debris Netting System alleviates the need for Fall Protection and costly Man Hours by providing an ALL Aluminum Lightweight Self Climbing Safety Debris Netting Structure that easily affixes temporarily to all various types Building Deck Edge or Columns of Concrete Slab Structures.
PRO-NET Aluminum Frame can be hoisted up the Structure up to 3 floors at a time by use of either Tower Crane or time saving Mechanical Winches. The use of Mechanical Winches cuts down on costly Tower Crane Time and they allow you to lift the Safety Debris Netting System either per Bay, per side of the Building, or all sides of the building simultaneously as the building goes up. PRO-NET Self-Climbing Safety Debris Netting System stays attached to the structure throughout construction until you top out; Therefore, there are no costly and dangerous man-hours necessary to breakdown and bring the Safety Netting Structure back inside the building and up the man-lift or stairs each time you want to jump the Safety Debris Net.
PRO-NET Self Climbing Safety Debris Netting System easily adapts to balconies, soffits, columns and corners and it accepts standard off-the-shelf Mesh Netting from any supplier which can then be easily attached to the Safety Netting Structure with use of standard clips/carabiners.
PRO-NET Self Climbing Safety Debris Netting System is fully tested and compliant with OSHA code 1926.502(c) regarding Safety Netting, specifically highlighted Section 1926.502(c)(4)(i)
